If you’re unable to make your appointment we request at least 24hours notice.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and it is a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our Stylists.

Since the services are reserved for you, clients who do not honour their bookings may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of their booked appointments.
